Callisto California Dry Botanical Rum is a pioneer in botanical rums, introducing a new generation of spirits. A fresh interpretation of a traditional Caribbean spirit, it’s infused with locally sourced Californian botanicals, capturing the essence of Californian nature. A blend of charcoal-filtered aged rums from Trinidad and Nicaragua, it’s then infused with Californian flowers, seeds, herbs, and roots. There are no artificial flavors or sweeteners. Greeting with floral aromas, the smooth palate offers a pine and floral base with a dry and crisp finish. This is truly a rum like no other.

Callisto Rum was founded by Giles after he left his native Bermuda for the Bay. Committed to the mission of bringing his passion for rum to Californians, he reinvented a centuries old spirit for the modern Californian palette. After a year of infusing rum blends with Californian botanicals – and even setting the kitchen on fire, twice – the perfect recipe was finally ready.
