About Exotico Tequila
Exotico is traditionally handcrafted by one of Mexicoās most respected makers of Tequila: the Gonzalez Distillery ā a family distillery spanning three generations. Their highly acclaimed Tequilas are crafted from Weber Blue Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco. The red clay soil of these Highlands yields a larger, sweeter agave heart, giving Exotico its floral, well-balanced flavor. Matured for up to 15 years, the best agaves are harvested, trimmed with a “coa” (a long-handled hoe-like tool) leaving the “pina.”
