The story of Khor began in 1998, when Evgeny Chernyak founded a distribution company in Ukraine, focusing mainly on alcoholic beverages. In 2003, the new Khortytsa Distillery was opened, quickly becoming the most hi-tech distillery in Eastern Europe. In 2011, they introduced their spirits to America, and in 2018, they produced a new version of Khor Platinum Vodka, their flagship expression that’s now among the top three global best-selling vodkas.

Founded in 2003 in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, Khortytsa Distillery produces Khortytsa Vodka – one of the world’s leading vodka brands, marketed and distributed by Global Spirits. The distillery is named after Khortytsa Island, which is known as “the heart of Ukraine”. Khortytsa Distillery uses the best high-tech equipment, including a local organic filter that contains schungite, a unique natural mineral, which can get as close as possible to the natural structure of water.
