About The Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin
The captivating Sassenach Wild Scottish Gin is a true reflection of Scotland’s untamed and lively essence. Sam knew the importance of joining forces with a kindred spirit from Dumfries and Galloway, ensuring a profound grasp of their roots and an ability to capture the very essence of southern Scotland. The inspiration for the botanicals sprang from enchanting jaunts through the mesmerizing glens of southwest Scotland, and this delightful spirit captures that enchantment in every drop. Through their innovative techniques, they’ve unleashed a gin that sparkles with the crispness of apples, the juiciness of ripe berries, and the zing of juniper, all perfectly balanced with the savory allure of rhubarb and toasted oats. Hints of pine and delicate floral whispers of heather infuse this spirit with an extra dose of Scottish charm, making it truly timeless. It shines brightly in both classic G&Ts and creative cocktails, spreading its magic with every sip.

About Gin
According to Winston Churchill, “The gin and tonic has saved more Englishmen’s lives and minds than all the doctors in the Empire,” referring to the British officers using it to treat malaria in India.
Initially made for medicinal purposes, gin gets most of its flavor from the juniper berries added after the distillation process. It sure has come a long way from the Middle Ages, with the introduction of new botanicals, fruits, and spices, bringing it closer to people of all flavor varieties.
