It’s created with a corn spirit and six Canadian arctic botanicals: crowberry, cloudberry, wild rose hip, nordic juniper, arctic blend, and Labrador tea. All botanicals are foraged by hand and dried in northern Quebec to celebrate the tundra environment. The secret recipe for Ungava Gin dates back two generations and involves slowly steeping the botanicals for 5 weeks and infusing them both pre- and post-distillation. The final result? Plenty of complex flavors and a unique golden hue. We recommend you savor it poured over ice, garnished with a grapefruit wedge.
